Payment Methods

The Payment Methods page shows all payment cards that have been used to purchase subscriptions for your organization. This page is view-only, except for removing existing cards.

Accessing Payment Methods

1. In the left navigation panel, click Administration.

2. Go to Billing & Subscriptions → Payment Methods → The Payment Methods page will be displayed.

Payment Methods Overview

At the top of the page, you will see the list of saved payment cards with details.

Linked Subscriptions

Below the saved card details, the Linked Subscriptions table shows all subscriptions that use the selected payment method.

This helps you understand where a payment method is actively used before taking any action.

Removing a Payment Method

Steps to Remove a Card

1. Locate the card you want to remove.

2. Click Remove This Card.

3. Review the confirmation message.

4. Confirm the action to permanently remove the card.

Removing a card may affect subscriptions that rely on it for renewal. Make sure another valid payment method is available before removal.
